The filmmaker reexamines his moral and political role while filming an Israeli ex-soldier who participated in a revenge operation where two Palestinian policemen where murdered. The soldier willingly testifies as long as his identity is kept secret. While he keeps looking for the proper solution for that demand the filmmaker questions his own conduct: why does he allow himself to  provide shelter to a murderer inside his new film instead of turning him in.
